About the Role

• By advising on complex UK and cross-border VAT technical issues across a diverse client base, you'll need to be someone who thrives of variety and adding value
• Your workload will involve advising on restructuring, M&A, company re-organisations, insolvency, and other cross-border financial issues. Experience in this area is preferred, but not essential
• The thrill of winning a deal is another experience that energises you. You'll be taking a lead on identifying new commercial opportunities and driving business development initiatives
• As a confident and engaging communicator, you'll be both a mentor to junior staff and be able to work collaboratively with global partners to coordinate international VAT issues and opportunities
