HR Business Partner – London – £55,000
Our client, one of the major international accountancy, tax and audit firms globally, are now looking for an experienced and preferably CIPD qualified HR Business Partner to support their Risk team for a 1 year FTC.
As HR Business partner you will work closely with Managers and Partners to pro-actively support the people business plan. This will include, as HR Business Partner, supporting on succession, talent management, high level, complex or escalated senior ER issues, supporting on Learning & Development and also with workforce planning and recruitment. Compensation and Benefits experience and ability to think analytically is highly advantageous.
The HR Business Partner will also support on employee engagement initiatives as well as project work on business transformation. You will need to be a pragmatic HR Business Partner with the ability to influence. You must be approachable, adaptable but be able to push back and challenge when needed.
