We are recruiting for a passionate and vibrant Assistant Manager for an award winning premium bar operator in Deputy Manager.

This is a national operator with some very exciting expansion plans over the coming months. The company is renowned for the engagement and development of its managers and internal opportunities for promotion are real and accessible.

They look for passionate, driven managers with a keen eye for detail and an obsession for the customer experience. Although some marketing initiatives are centralised, the company believes that local knowledge is essential and therefore autonomy is given to the teams to grow their business.

You should have at least 1 years experience as an Assistant Manager, ideally with some branded experience. You may however be a Deputy Manager of an independent site looking to get into a larger operator in order to progress. Some degree of financial awareness is essential and you must have clear quantifiable evidence of your successes in previous roles.
