An established accountancy practice are looking for an Audit Manager to join their office based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

A successful firm with a proven track record of valuing and progressing their staff.

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified, likely 1-2 years PQE
• 4+ years proven experience within an accountancy practice
• Confident carrying out audits from planning to completion
• Previous experience supervising juniors
• Good accounts knowledge
• Experience reviewing accounts is desirable
• Looking for an opportunity to develop your career long term
• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Responsibility for a team of trainees and juniors
• A portfolio of 100 clients
• Close working relationship with the 5 Partners
• Significant client liaison
• Review of accounts
• Progression opportunities for the future, including Partnership
