Client Relations Executive

Godalming

£18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience – plus commission

MUST DRIVE AND OWN A VEHICLE

A great opportunity has become available to join a rapidly expanding Company base outside Godalming. Client Relations Executive will be responsible for providing a high level of service to new and existing clients. This is partly a field based role as you will be expected to arrange and attend site visits in order to meet customers and to upsell other products for the business. The Client Relations Executive's duties will entail, but will not be limited to:-

• To deal with all incoming queries received by telephone and email
• Arrange site visits to improve sales conversions
• Build and maintain effective client relationships
• Complete all paperwork and update the CRM system with good quality notes
• Be able to meet KPIs

• Have excellent customer service skills with a mix of face to face and office experience
• Be able to work as a part of a team
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and pro-active
• Excellent time management skills
