Registered Manager required for 14 bedded service based in Harrow, working for a large organisation with homes all over the UK you will be taking over the running of the home for adults with physical and learning disabilities.

The job role involves all aspects of managing a successful service, including recruitment, budgeting and liasing with healthcare professionals.

You must have excellent and up to date knowledge of CQC regulations and be able to implement changes in positive way ensuring the morale of the staff team and service users is kept high.
