Due to growth, a local friendly organisation is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to their team. You will be responsible for

• Answering all calls in a polite and professional manner ensuring the company policy of 'excellent customer service' is maintained.
• To process any worker requests as required.
• Working with customers to obtain information over the phone or via email to ensure full compliance with company procedures.
• Dealing with calls from recruitment agencies and contractors ensuring that all calls are dealt with and the details and nature of the call logged in the appropriate record.
• To ensure that the company policies and guidance notes are adhered to and to maintain a thorough knowledge of such. Be confident in communicating and explaining such processes, procedures and notes.
• To ensure that service calls are completed and that any issues arising are promptly dealt with or escalated as appropriate.
• To understand the process for escalation and resolution of sensitive matters or complaints.
• Making outbound calls to routinely chase for outstanding documentation and to follow up on enquiries.
