An exciting opportunity for a talented Web Analyst to join a growing ambitious online business based in the Woking

Duties

  • Support the analytic needs of the business by translating data into clear meaningful information that can be used to inform actionable strategies across our B2C websites, App and marketing channels.
  • Pull raw data together from a range of sources to create dashboards and reports that can be used for presentations to the marketing, ecommerce and senior management teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as Agencies to assist with data collection and reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data and reports to ensure the highest quality of standards.
  • Support conversion rate optimisation by driving a continuous learning culture. Develop hypotheses, design and analyse AB/MVT tests, and recommend improvements.
  • Support the digital marketing team on scoping and executing pieces of analysis and reporting including activities such as:
    • Campaign analysis including working with team on multivariate testing and reporting with a focus on PPC, SEO, affiliate, display and social channels as well as understanding the effect of pricing, supply and demand.
    • Providing insight into our website performance (Page views, conversions, bounce rates, etc.) including customer shopping behaviour on site to make recommendations for improvement
    • Providing analysis around (but not limited to) customer behaviour and lifecycle, product performance and conversions, promotion impact, industry & competitor trends.
  • Support the product prioritisation process with insightful data and analysis of business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including ecommerce, marketing and IT to scope out and implement new reporting tools.
  • Review the capability of the current analytics tool set and provide recommendations for the future roadmap.

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years' experience in driving data strategy and attribution modelling across multiple sources (websites, apps, marketing channels, surveys, usability testing, CRM systems, focus groups etc.).
  • 1-3 years' experience using:
    • Rakuten Attribution (DC Storm)
    • Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools such as Adobe (Omniture), Webtrends or Coremetrics.
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Effective and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Experience using the following would be advantageous:
    • Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
    • Convert or similar A/B testing tool such as Optimisely.
    • Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Brio.
    • App Analytics software such as Appsflyer, AppsAnnie or similar.

About you:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
