Customer Care Advisor

Do you have experience of working within a fast paced call centre environment? Do you pride yourself on your Customer Service skills? If so then this may be the role for you! We are working alongside a holding company for some of the best known brands in the heating industry. The company is based in Hedge End and employs over 250 field and office staff.

What will you be doing?

You will be working within a small team dealing with a large number of inbound calls from customers. You will need to provide clients with a first class after sales service as well as responding to and resolving any queries they may have. All clients will need to be kept updates with any resolving issues which may occur. You will go through product diagnostic questions with customers so you must make sure your product knowledge is always kept up to date (there are over 750 different products!). You will respond to customer complaints in a professional manner along with answering any emails and faxes when required.

The ideal candidate –

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service as well as previous experience dealing with a high level of inbound calls within a call centre, however this is not essential, as long as you are a friendly and hardworking person! They should be confident when speaking to a wide range of people over the phone. They will need to have their own transport and enjoy working as a team.

This company are happy to take graduates.

What will you get out of it?

The salary for this role is £16,400. You will receive 25 days holiday + bank holidays. There is free parking on site and after your 3 month's you will then qualify for staff discounts.

Please note – The hours of this role are –

8:30 – 5 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 – 4 Friday in the summer months (April – Sept).

8:30 – 7 on a rolling rota in the winter months Mon – Fri (October – March).

This is due to an increase in call volume during the winter months.
