£22000 - £24000 basic plus 22 days plus bank holidays, profit related bonus scheme paid twice a year, pension and on street parking.

The company is going from strength to strength and as a result they are looking to expand their team. They are looking for a Property Manager who has a very strong character with excellent organisational skills and has the ability to multi task without losing their way, calm under pressure particularly when taking calls from irate tenants. Experience as a Property Manager is a must for this position. You will be working within a team of property managers and will be responsible for a portfolio approx. 150-200 properties.
Duties
·Manage inbound calls from tenants with regard to maintenance issues and arrange access for work to be carried out
·Assess and deal with any issues for the Landlord, tenant or block management
·Arrange contractors to attend property issues via work sheet via work
·Monitor work sheets and close down jobs upon completion using Winman and Reapit
·Check invoices upon receipt and process for payment to contractors
·Request regular updates from contractors for outstanding work orders
·Random checks with tenants on quality control of the contractors work
·Ensure compliance certificates for contractors are up to date
·Make sure all check in and check out reports are to standard or arrange any further work required
·Settle deposit returns with both tenants and landlords or advise management of any disputes
·Close TDS accounts on TDS website once accounts have been settled or submitted to the TDS
·Notify Utility Companies and local Councils upon each change of tenancy
