Project Administrator
£18000 - £20000 + 20 days holiday rising to 25 days for each year of service and Pension
Woking, Surrey
Position is available either on a part-time or full time basis.
Due to expansion an office administrator is required to support the Project Team for a local design office in the Woking area. The Project Administrator will coordinate and support the project teams and directors using different document control systems.
Key Duties:
·Manage all communication including letters, emails and calls
·Provide administration support typing, editing documents, minute taking and placing orders for design supplies
·Prepare site documentation for each project, including contractors and HAS
·Prepare manuals for each project, updating files according to milestones
·General office supplies, manage office facilities
Skills:
·Competent user skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential
·Experience in a similar role
·Ability to work under you own initiative, be self-motivated and proactive
·Fluent English, spoken and written is essential
·A full and clean driving license
Salary dependent on experience and whether the successful applicant would be working full or part time.
