Salary Package c. £93,000 (£70K basic plus bonuses) + co. car/allowance £8020, pension, private medical, parking, 25d holiday

A fantastic opportunity for someone to make their mark, within a strong team, influence the business across EMEA and lead a Content and Communications team of marketers and agencies covering on-line, social media, PR and advertising. Your goal is to drive engagement with target audiences by deploying consistent and effective marketing programmes. You will know how to gain insights & understand the need for creativity in a data driven world. You will be an experienced man-manager and a confident communicator.

• Lead teams managing social media platforms, PR and thought leadership activity, website content and advertising.
• Help define and execute strategies to engage channel and end user target audiences on the range of IT hardware and associated software platforms.
• Use research and data to find out what works and identify opportunities to maximise engagement.
• Be the evangelist for the content factory "philosophy", gain traction, acceptance and usage.
• Analyse marketing trends and competitor messaging to ensure marketing and commercial teams are fully up to date.

• An experienced marketing leader
• Understands importance of segmentation and have a media neutral mind set.
• Experience of increasing engagement with target audience,
• Engage across different sales regions and functions, being the evangelist for brands.
• Somebody who is a natural "networker" – can influence as well as lead
• Experience of business LinkedIn and how it can aid business.
• Language skills – second language preferred (German, Italian, French, Arabic, Spanish or Japanese).
