Appointment Maker / Telesales
£22k with £6k commission + Parking, Pension, 20 days holiday rising to 25 days
Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5pm – Casual dress
Due to continued growth and success, we are looking to recruit a Tele-Marketing Executive for a consultancy business, based in Hersham.
The role consists primarily of making outbound calls to book appointments for our sales team, but also working on our sales and marketing database to find information such as interesting companies and key contacts within this.
The outbound element of the role is B2B, speaking to Procurement Directors/Managers, Financial, Facilities or other department heads and conveying energy and waste management consultancy services and how it would benefit them.
The successful candidate must be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and high-quality B2B sales environment.

·Generate high quality appointments for the sales executives
·Build lists of prospective clients' renewal dates for energy and waste contracts
·Assist in the preparation of reporting on all aspects of business development
·Update and maintain company database and undertake general administrative tasks when required
·Meet with the sales executives for regular updates on outcome of appointments
·Research and follow up on leads
