Our Partnership Management Team are responsible for leading the relationship with our extensive portfolio of partners throughout the year. With a broad range of exciting and unique brands to support, they plan and deliver all commercial aspects of our Partner's' assets, both on and off event.
As a Account Director you will be ultimately responsible for the commercial relationship of a portfolio of key Partners at our flagship events and across the Estate. You will also be responsible for jointly leading the team to be commercially equipped to deliver the brand activation rights of our clients, whilst also managing the objectives, strategic direction, financial management and results for our Partners.
A passion andknowledge for Sport, and Horse Racing in particular, is desirable together with an exceptional track record in Partner relationship management within these sectors.
The successful candidate will have excellent experience of partnership management and a proven track record in successfully leading people, with the ability to engage effective commercial strategies to sustain a long term partnership with existing and new clients.

Strong track record of expanding commercial relationships
