An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and fast paced Higher Education marketing team. This role offers a huge opportunity for someone with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience to truly make a project their own and develop a first class CRM system for an Internationally recognised University.

With the ability to analyse the sector environment and an understanding of the audiences and their different needs, you will take a leadership role in delivering the Universities CRM strategy and manage email communications to prospective students at all stages of their journey, in a highly competitive market place. This post will manage the implementation of a personalised and segmented campaign lifecycle, creating strategies and journeys as well as leading on the segmentation, design (no HTML required) and deployment of email campaigns to aid student recruitment.

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is a strategic thinker that can take our data and communications to the next level, working with key stakeholders and colleagues to ensure our vision and key messages are reflected in marketing campaign planning.
