We currently have a vacancy for an experienced team member to join us as a Fabricator / Mechanic.

You need to be codified in Mig and Tig welding and able to use basic metalworking tools such as a folder, guillotine and spotwelder etc. The work often involves fabricating one off parts for high dollar custom 4x4 vehicles. Experience and ability is viewed to be more important than paperwork and we would require you to be able to work to a high standard (mostly unsupervised) with the ability to input on the design aspect. In 1989, Surrey Off-Road Specialists Limited started out in a small industrial unit in Cranleigh, Surrey, specializing exclusively in 4x4 vehicle repairs and customising. Within a year the Company doubled in size, staff and units and continued to expand. We are currently situated in Dunsfold Surrey. 

We have established ourselves internationally. We work on most makes of 4x4 and have carried out design work and builds for the Ministry of Defence, Land Rover (Military and Government Division), Daimler-Chrysler, VW, Skoda and Mercedes-Benz. We do a lot of one off custom work and generally always have a project on the go.
