Registered Manager required for 8 bedded service based in the Hornchurch area for adults with autism and learning disabilities, the service is based in a quiet residential area and is a perfect management role for an enthusiastic and forward thinking management candidate.

Working for a large care organisation with units all over the country you will have a large support network behind you and lots of training and development oppourtunities which help to secure internal roles.

You will be expected to manage and nurture the existing staff team, setting an example and ensuring that they are motivated and driven towards offering the maximum commitment to service users in a sometimes challenging environment.

Youm must have experience managing a similar servive and also have up to date working knowledge of CQC regulations and care planning framework.
