A local software business is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR Manager.
So what else will you be doing?
Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries
Providing HR administration support to the HR Manager
Manage the recruitment process with agencies, organising interviews, logging CVs, managing feedback.
Assist with starters, on boarding induction, processing DBS checks
Manage annual reviews, salary reviews, probation
Updating personnel database with records
Assist with HAS and Risk Assessments
So what do you need?
Resilience, confidence, good communication skills, common sense, able to think on your feet, independently
Previous HR experience
Strong administration skills
Discretion, confidentiality, able to be diplomatic, deal with enquiries from staff in the first instance
Provide support and back up to the Manager, ability to work on own initiative and be organised
