A local technology company are seeking an additional Client Services Manager to join their team to manage a portfolio of clients.

What will you be doing?

• Building strong relationships with your clients to provide excellent customer service in order to maximise customer retention and increase client spend.
• Manage any client queries and deal with account issues
• Monitor and report on SLA's
• Manage the process of new projects and ensure all departments receive the necessary documentation
• Gather, record all client feedback on the system (SalesForce)

What do you need?

• Experience in a customer service or account management role
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Good level of education
• CRM experience – ideally SalesForce
• Working knowledge of the technology sector / cloud computing
