We are working with a top 20 firm looking for a fully qualified accountant to make the leap into their Corporate Finance team. Located in central London, less than a 10 min walk from London Bridge station, you will want to hit the ground running, relishing in the challenge

The role will cover the broad range of Corporate Finance areas, including but M&A, Financial Modeling, MBOs, Acquisitions & Disposals & Financial Due Diligence

Your responsibilities will include:

• Transaction support assignments such as, business plans, information memorandums, & forecasts
• Delivering regular progress updates to clients, building relationships throughout transactions
• Directly supporting both managers and directors, leading research on potential purchases and acquisitions

You may be:

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• Corporate Finance experienced, or looking to make the leap from a different service line, such as restructuring or audit
• Confident working independently & as part of a wider team

The salary associated with this role has been set by the agency and should therefore be viewed as market rate.
