We are looking for a self-motivated and service driven professional to take on the role of Product Optimisation Coordinator. This enjoys eligibility to our bonus scheme, and is Monday to Friday, 08:45am - 17:15pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and enhancing our client base by: 

  • Completing a wide range of outbound phone activities 
  • Promoting our range of services 
  • Influencing retention and new patient referrals 
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients and healthcare professionals 
  • Identifying sources of new patient referrals 
  • Working towards targets, and agreeing tactics with the line manager to source new business opportunities 
  • Resolving client queries and utilising feedback
  • Maintaining the accuracy and quality of client records in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

About You:

  • Excellent customer service skills with strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Sales experience / experience of selling a service (desirable) 
  • Strong communication skills, an effective influencer and networker 
  • A competitive mindset, highly motivated and proven record of achieving targets 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills 
  • Resilience and adaptable to change 
  • A positive collaborator focused on continuous improvement
