A Receptionist / Administrator is required by a busy car repair workshop in the Kings Langley area. This is for an immediate start, for a minimum of 6 months with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. All system training will be provided.
Able to work Mon -Fri 08:30 to 18:00 with hour for lunch or 08:30 to 17:30 - half hour for lunch
What will the Receptionist / Administrator be doing?
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Liaising with customers
• Booking vehicles in and out
• Creating job sheets
• General admin duties
• Creating invoices
• Ordering office supplies / car parts
• Responsible for daily filing (service repair orders, parts tickets, car files etc)
• Handle customer payments (cash, cheques, and credit card payments) and document on orders
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times
• Attend to customers with a clear, friendly voice and always in a professional demeanor
• Keep customer areas tidy
• Other adhoc duties as required
