A brand new role for a Service Quality Executive is required to monitor and improve the quality of the after sales service operation from customers first contact to final resolution.

Do you have experience of monitoring supplier quality & performance and managing quality systems, working with partners?

If so and you are able to take a holistic view on delivering the best quality of after sales service then this role may provide a challenging and rewarding EMEA wide role with benefits to match.

Role of the Service Quality Executive

  • Define & implement quality metrics across the sales service operation, sometimes also working with the Company's Quality & Compliance Manager.
  • Drive continuous improvement, taking ownership of resolving quality issues with service providers, applying tools and methodologies to identify root cause and corrective actions (8D, 5x Why, CAPA).
  • Monitor service providers across EMEA and ensure all procedures & policies adhered to, through annual audits, and measurements.
  • Investigate any product concerns where required.
  • Maintain & produce documentation for the service department, to be compliant with ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations.

Skills & Experience of Service Quality Executive

  • Further education qualification in Electronics, Production or Business management.
  • Further education in Maths and Sciences
  • Previous experience working in a process or product quality role
  • Experience in managing supplier quality, ISO9001.
  • Experience in hosting audits, performing audits internally and externally
  • Ability to analyse data to identify quality trends
  • Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and throughout EMEA.
