We are looking for a Membership Coordinator to support the Horseracing Club Membership Manager. 

You will be responsible for managing the administrative duties and providing a comprehensive service to members of the Goodwood Horseracing Club, ensuring that all administration is planned and executed to a high standard in a timely manner.

You will be closely involved in Members’ events, from planning to execution. Reporting in to the Horseracing Club Membership Manager, you will work closely together to ensure the club retains it’s position as one of the premier membership clubs in British racing.

You will also provide support to the Goodwood Racehorse Owners Group (GROG) with administration and on-boarding of members within each scheme, handling bookings for events and providing support to the Racing Manager.

• A bubbly enthusiastic personality

The role will require weekend and evening work when racing is taking place therefore applicants must have the ability to work flexibly.
