We're looking for a talented Finance & Tax Manager – EMEA to take the lead on financial compliance, tax reporting, and audit requirements across multiple European markets. This is a critical, hands-on role that supports key accounting processes and helps drive automation across systems like Amazon, eBay, Oracle, and SAP.

What You'll Be Doing:
Tax & VAT Compliance
- Preparing and submitting monthly UK VAT returns.
- Handling VAT and Intrastat filings for Italy and Germany.
- Managing EU consignment reports and tax data for multiple EMEA entities.
- Supporting Group-level tax reporting and payments.
Financial Reporting & Audit
- Preparing annual statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.
- Supporting month-end close activities and financial reconciliations.
- Managing IFRS 16 lease schedules and internal/external audit requirements.
Platform & Data Management
- Creating scripts and reports using data from Amazon, eBay, and Oracle.
- Managing tax code and banking info setup across platforms.
- Generating ad hoc reports to support finance and operations.
Process Improvement
- Driving automation projects related to ecommerce and financial data handling.
- Collaborating with Oracle/SAP teams on system enhancements.
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Solid experience in financial and tax compliance across the EMEA region.
- Strong knowledge of UK, German, and Italian VAT/intrastat requirements.
- ERP system experience (ideally SAP ByD or Oracle).
- Proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Ability to work independently and liaise across departments.
Desirable:
- Background in a multinational B2B tech or ecommerce environment.
- Familiarity with Amazon/eBay reporting.
- German language skills.
- Experience in process automation and scripting.
